moulin des moines - 74% cacao with mint. lovely :) the mint was subtle but still quite refreshing!
lindt dark (70%) chocolate with mousse and cherry-chilli jam.
meh… good, but mild. i was expecting more punch, either from the chocolate or from the chilli.
ps - the project lives beyond its due date! since we’ve been trying out new things here and there, why not keep documenting them? :)

is it possible that the ritter sports that say “alpine” taste better? i think this is definitely the case. another one that tastes like heaven :)

i wasn’t sure about this one, but the chocolate is darker than the average ritter sport, so i think it balances the sweetness of the marzipan :)
